We at ligaputra set out our terms of use to establish a clear agreement between you and our platform. These terms cover account creation, deposits and withdrawals, game rules, dispute resolution, and our jurisdiction notice. By accessing ligaputra, you agree to these terms. If any term conflicts with your local law, that law takes precedence—we do not operate in violation of local regulation.

Our terms are written plainly so you understand what we expect from you and what you can expect from us. We do not use obscure language or hidden clauses. If a term is unclear, our support team can explain it. We also update these terms occasionally as our platform evolves or regulations change. We notify you of material changes via email or in-app message before they take effect.

Access to ligaputra services is available only in jurisdictions where local law permits online wagering. We do not offer our platform where it is prohibited.

Account Eligibility and Creation on ligaputra

To open an account on ligaputra, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction—typically 18 years old or the age of majority where you live. You must also reside in a supported location where our service is legally available. We verify these facts during signup and account verification. If you do not meet these conditions, we close your account and return any funds to your deposit method.

When you create a ligaputra account, you provide your legal name, email, phone number, and date of birth. You must provide accurate information. If you register under a false name or use someone else's identity, we reserve the right to suspend your account permanently and forfeit any balance. We take account security and identity verification seriously.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret. We never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect your account is compromised, contact our support team immediately through the in-app panel. We can freeze your account while you verify access and reset your credentials. Do not share your account login with anyone, including family members or friends.

One account per person, one person per account.

We do not permit duplicate accounts or account sharing. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person or device, we consolidate them and may close all but one without refund.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

We accept deposits through nine Indonesian payment channels: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking virtual accounts, local payment virtual accounts, and online payment virtual accounts. Deposits are processed immediately once your payment provider confirms the transaction. We do not hold deposits in escrow—funds credit to your ligaputra balance right away.

We charge no deposit fee. Any fee you incur comes from your bank or payment provider, not from ligaputra. We pass on deposits at face value. When you withdraw, you may request funds back to the same payment method you used to deposit, or to any other verified method. We initiate the withdrawal transaction immediately after verifying your request. Processing times depend on your bank's settlement speed, not on us—we do our part within minutes.

We do not charge withdrawal fees. Again, any fee is from your financial institution, not from ligaputra. Your first withdrawal requires account verification—we ask for identity documents (KTP, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and sometimes a selfie holding your ID. This is KYC compliance. Once verified, future withdrawals skip this step unless we flag a security alert.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on ligaputra—football betting on Liga 1, live-dealer tables like blackjack and roulette, slot games like Aviator and Sweet Bonanza—are governed by published rules and payout tables. You must review these rules before placing a bet or starting a game. We display odds and payout percentages clearly. By placing a bet, you agree to the rules as stated at that moment.

We do not guarantee any outcome. Football matches depend on real-world performance and are not controlled by ligaputra. Live-dealer games are controlled by certified game studios (like Asia Gaming), not by us. Slot games use certified random-number generators. We do not manipulate results, pay players based on whether they win or lose, or offer special treatment. What you see is what you get.

If you believe a game outcome was incorrect or a bet was misplaced, contact our support team within seven days of the event via email or in-app chat. We review the incident, check our logs, and respond with our findings. If we confirm an error on our side, we correct it. If the error is on your side or the outcome was correct, we explain why we cannot reverse it.

Our Jurisdiction Notice

ligaputra services are available only in jurisdictions where local law permits online wagering. We do not offer our platform in any location where such activity is prohibited. When you access ligaputra, our system checks your location. If you are in a restricted area, we block access. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ligaputra complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We are not responsible if you use our platform in violation of local law.

If you move to or travel to a jurisdiction where our service is not available, your account access will be blocked from that location. This is automatic and does not close your account—when you return to a supported location, you can access it again. However, if you deliberately attempt to bypass our location controls (using a VPN or proxy), we reserve the right to close your account permanently and forfeit your balance.

Our primary service region is Indonesia and nearby supported areas. Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and other Indonesian cities can access ligaputra where local law permits. We do not service users where online betting is prohibited or restricted.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If you have a dispute with ligaputra—such as a bet resolution issue, a payment problem, or a concern about fair play—contact our support team via email or the in-app help panel. Describe your issue clearly and provide transaction IDs if relevant. We review your complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If we can resolve the matter, we do so. If we cannot, we explain our reasoning and direct you to any external dispute resolution body available in your jurisdiction.

We encourage you to try internal resolution first. Most issues can be settled quickly once we understand your concern. Only if you remain unsatisfied after our review should you pursue external complaint channels. We operate transparently and are open to correcting genuine errors on our side.
